DBxtra Viewer (Desktop Viewer - Report Web Service) - is licensed on a concurrent user base. You can install it on as many computers as you want; but only the amount of concurrent users which your Viewer license supports can open reports at the same time.

You need to have at least 1 DBxtra Designer license to use the Desktop - Web Report Viewer.
