DBxtra's maintenance contract includes:

Customers are only eligible for these services if they have a valid maintenance contract.
We charge 20% over the current DBxtra licenses prices (lowest user license pack price) for a one year maintenance contract.
E.g.: Let's suppose that you currently have 1 DBxtra Designer license + ASP Add-on + Schedule Add-on and your maintenance plan expires on January 2008 and on June 1, 2007 you want to order an additional DBxtra Designer license.
You'll also have to order the maintenance contract for the remaining time.
The formula is like this:
Current price of the software = US$ 397.00 * 20% = US$ 79.40
Logon to the DBxtra customer site.
From there you can order a new maintenance contract.
There is no deadline to renew maintenance. It is however beneficial for you to renew it before the expiration date or as soon as possible after the old one has expired. Renewals that come in after the maintenance has expired will be backdated to start from the old expiry date. Also, you are only able to get technical support and software maintenance when your support contract is valid.
The renewal maintenance period is always backdated to start from the expiry date of the last maintenance period.
You need to upgrade the maintenance contract for the additional licenses for the remaining time.

Actual price of the software = US$ 397.00 * 20% = US$ 79.40
Remaining time: 184 days Yearly maintenance cost: US$ 79.40 / 365* 184 = US$ 40.00
The amount for the remaining maintenance cost will be calculated automatically when you order form the customer DBxtra site.
Logon to the DBxtra customer site. From there you can order a new maintenance contract.
When you specify your company by contacting us our technical support personnel will check that you have a valid maintenance contract. You are only able to get technical support and software maintenance when your support contract is valid.
The software updates are available on-line at the DBxtra customer site.
