You can easily add expressions into reports.
Select "Data" in the field list.

Right click and select "Add Calculated Fields"

Select the Calculated Field and right click.

Click "Edit Expression".

You can now work with constants, functions, operators, fields and parameters.
When finished click "Ok".
To insert the new calculated field drag and drop it to the report area.

Select the calculated field, right click and select "Edit Calculated Field".


Edit any setting and click "Ok".
Select the calculated field, right click and select "Delete".

Don't forget to also delete any associated label for the field.
