When you open a Data Grid View it will show as "Initial View".
Once you change any grouping, sorting, filtering, etc. you can save this as a saved "Data Grid View".
This offers you to have many different Data Grid Views for each Query or Report object and allows quick navigation between the different saved Data Grid Views.
Click Save on the View Options menu.
Assign a name for the saved View and define if to set it as default View.
If the View has Drilldown associated then optionally choose "Also include Drill Downs".
Click Ok.
Select the View and click Set as Default.
When the Data Grid is opened it will load with the Default View.
Select a View form the Select View.
