Is the support for free?

Yes; we offer one year of free maintenance which includes e-mail support and all upgrades for free. After the first year you need to order a maintenance plan to enjoy e-mail support and all free upgrades for one more year. The maintenance plan costs 20% of your current licenses value for one more additional year.Up
